When should I tell my employer about my pregnancy. [ON]
Hello, I have started a remote position in Ontario on April 25th (I was 24 weeks 5 days pregnant). I am due on August 5th and have 3 months of probation to complete. I am thinkin to tell on July 25th. Under the Employment Standards Act (ON), I am required to provide two weeks' notice before commencing my maternity leave. I understand I can go into early labour. I want to have my benefits to kick in before the delivery. HELP!
