What to change/upgrade on my free canondale caad 3
I got this vintage bike for free and want to make it useable again, It definitely needs a new chain as the old one is basically non working, also it needs new wheels so what are some good recommendations that are not to expensive to put on this bike, also is there any other things I should change on it.
