is flashpoint worth getting? i only read mark waids first omnibus but i could get Flashpoint for 60

Hi everyone, I’m trying to figure out the value of a book I own and thought this might be a good place to ask. I have a signed copy of The Martian by Andy Weir, and it is numbered 45 out of 1000. I know that signed and limited copies can sometimes be worth more to collectors, which is why I’m curious about what it might be worth today.

However, the condition is not perfect. I would probably rate it around 6/10, maybe 7/10 at best. The pages have started to turn yellow, and there is some visible wear from age and handling. Because of that, I’m not sure how much the condition lowers the value compared to a copy that is in very good or near-mint condition.

I’m mainly wondering if anyone here has experience with signed copies of this book or similar limited editions. Does the numbering (45/1000) make a big difference, or does the condition matter more in this case? I’m not necessarily planning to sell it right now, but I would like to know roughly what it might be worth.
