hello everyone,

I have been on Atomoxetine (off label) since December 2024 for POTS fatigue. I do not have any diagnosed mental health ailments or ADHD. at first, it seemed the straterra really gave me an energy boost. I started 10mg 2x a day and am now up to 25mg 2x a day. I have noticed over the last few months that the Straterra is starting to cause (worsening) nausea for me and no longer is affective in helping with my fatigue. I am not interested in going up a dose due to the nausea and want to come off of it completely. I do not see my autonomics team until June but I’m wanting to stop it now.

i was hoping to connect with someone else who has been on this for POTS and has come off of it (cold turkey) and what to expect.
