I may be late to the table with this but I was prepared to pay the$135 and then the tipping option came up in the pin pad. This is new where I go. Yes, I have insurance but to me, this is a medical necessity that I pay a portion of through deductions at work- just like any other medical need like a chiropodist. Am I expected to tip after I get my toe operated on? WTF is going on?
