hello everyone

I have been having these pin prick sensation in my hands a lot. they are there everywhere but very less as compared to hands. like I have to rub it to go away.

mother thing that has worsened is my skin. it seems like it has thinned a lot and even a small bump here and there or a scratch will make it come off. and only the superficial layer comes with no blood . and my hands looks horrible .

i thought it was vit b12 but I got lab tests done and vit. 12 is fine. around 700 but I have vit d and ferritin deficiency but that too not too less.

its the pin pricks that’s bothering me and my skin.

please help

Severe pins and needle sensations in hands and legs.

can fibromyalgia cause pins and needle sensation. and my skin has become very thin and a small bump here and there makes it bruise and peel off. I checkdd my vitamin b12 level and they were okay. but I have vit d and iron deficiency. i have the symptoms of fatigue and all but they could be due to low in also. this pins and needle sensation has been there for almost 6 years but it has increased recentlot.

please guide me. I went to a doctor also and brushed off and said do meditation.

Skin thinning and severe pins. And needle sensation in hands and legs.

I have had severe pins and needles sensation in my hands and my skin has become so thin that a little bump here and there makes it comes off and mostly there is no blood after the skin comes off.

i got my blood test done thinking I’ll have low b12 but it was normal. my ferritin level was low and my heamoglobin is 10. and vit d also low . can these cause pins and needles sensation and skin thinning and bruises ?
