I’ve got 3 casual jobs right now and I’m confused how this actually works. They just send shifts and I can accept or reject… like is it really that flexible?

Can I say no for a whole week if I want? Or do I need to be splitting time between them?

Also how do people juggle multiple casual jobs without making work their whole life? I’m here to travel, not be on-call 24/7 😅
