Hi everyone, I received a pair of shoes today that have a surprising amount of the inside lining disintegrating and crumbling everywhere. They are proper leather boots and I want to seal the inside to stop it from getting worse as well as stop it shedding a mess. What should I use?? Glue of sorts?? Does anyone know any good products?

Also I did go to a repair shop and they can’t replace it so I think to seal is my only option
