Basically, in 2021 to ​2023 (I don't remember when) I read a very interesting Tommy-centric superpower fanfic where Tommy grew wings​, & the SBI found family were in it. Phil, who also had bird wings, acted like a parent bird to Tommy while he had urges like a baby bird.

But what stuck out the most to me was this:

Dream had a sibling who died. That sibling's mind drifted off into the abyss. Tommy's mind also drifted off to there, but Dream managed to stop it.

If anyone finds the fanfic, it would mean a lot to me.
