How is it possible as someone who is 100% European to get South Asian matches on ancestryDNA or 23andme ?
I have gotten some messages from my genetic relatives who are 100% from south/central asia genetically, I have no known ancestors from those regions and my results also show that, and my matches also don't have any European dna too. What could be reason for this, some are 4-5th cousins. I am just curious and don't want to cause any offence.
