Which grass-fed, grass-finished beef liver brand has the highest nutrient profile? I’ve been very low in copper and vitamin A, and I know beef liver is one of the best sources. However, it seems like many brands don’t actually use the highest-quality liver in order to reduce costs. Could you recommend your favorite beef liver brand, and how has it helped or changed you personally?
