So I think its a Spanish film dubbed in English.

This guy is working on his house but finds a huge white structure on the neighboring property. He goes to investigate but ends up in a time machine. Hilarity ensues as he tries to figure out what is going on, and in the end only ends up beating the hell out of himself.
