I have noticed that I take very very less time to attempt each mock (eg. just attempted a bst mock in 19.44 minutes and left 2 questions since I did not know the answer)

This causes silly mistakes and I try to be more intentional and attempt calmly and slowly but that only lasts for the first few questions, as soon as I panic even a little, i pick up this speed and then mistakes happen (got 7 wrong out of 48 attempted)

I have tried to revise again but don't find it helpful since once I'm done with a question it's hard to get my mind back to the particular topic

please help me with advice and guidance on how I can improve this

Just gave english mock 2 and I scored 238 (got 2 questions wrong). I need to assess if this mock is easy or moderate because if it is not easy then I'll start to give more time to other subjects.
