Really 0% foreign exchange fees?

First of all I am not a customer of N26 yet, I have Revolut and Wise.

Now I was checking out N26 because of their cashback (which revolut got rid off). And noticed they claim NO foreign transaction fees when paying with the N26 card abroad.

Is this true? I know revolut doesnt with the metal plan but you pay €20 a month for that. Wise definitely charges you a fee.

If they don't charge a fee, how are they making money and how do they avoid currency risks over the weekend?
