Hi everyone!

We rented a Toyota for a self-drive trip through Mongolia and wanted to share one of our favorite views so far. The landscapes here are incredible — huge open valleys, quiet roads, cold mornings, and sunsets like this.

The car has been handling the rough roads well, but we’re learning that fuel planning, offline maps, and checking the route in advance are really important here.

Happy to share our experience with the rental, road conditions, route planning, or anything else that might help someone planning a Mongolia road trip.
