I saw someone complain about not having elven at endgame, and I've always thought ringwraith was superior. So it got me thinking, what ability do majority of the players like more?
I've been trying to get this trickster look for about a week and I have some questions about trying to gain decoys.
If I HBE when he was above lvl 65 (still no decoys), and he goes down to my current level of 27, can he gain decoys by leveling up?
If I use USB save, can I give him champ trait (no decoys gained), load the save to before the champ trait was given, and try again to try to get decoys?
After I do gain decoys, can I send him to garrison and he keeps it forever no matter if im like lvl 5 when I deploy him?
