I am turning 21 in 2 days, that is, on May 23rd. I have no friends to celebrate with. nobody to hang out with. nobody to remember my birthday. at first i wanted to forget it too, but it's my 21st birthday. I'll never turn 21 again.

I am already enrolled in a masters program in English Literature in a central university. But I do not wish to continue. Would it be worth it to leave my degree mid way and join M.A. in Mass communication in SPPU?
I am not from Maharashtra. I do not speak Marathi. would that make it hard for me to survive in this degree?
