I removed my foot rests on my cheap manual chair and replaced it with a foot sling I made from paracord, has anyone had experience with foot slings/hammocks for short term use? Are they comfortable enough for the time being whilst I save for a custom chair? I find it comfortable when testing but I haven't used it outdoors yet. I'm ambulatory and use a powerchair generally so this is just for shorter distances or days where I can't use my powerchair etc. Hoping it'll be okay for now.
