I own a photobooth business and it's going good. I feel like there's a limit to build income since certain month won't have way less events than normal. On a normal rate, I get around 4-6 events a month. I'm planning to expand it to other cities by providing franchisees as I want to build my own brand.

Is there anyone who does photobooth business in a franchise model,

1. Which software do you use? I want to have a single dashboard to monitor all the franchisees and how much do they make.
2. How to avoid people from doing events without my knowledge.
3. How does the revenue split work, what are the usual terms and conditions.
4. Any other way to increase the revenue? (I have a guestbook addon along with my usual packages)

The whole IG feed is filled with snakes like 360° sir and cobras. Ik there's good number of pythons near Kalamassery, what about the venomous ones. Did you guys find any? How are you preparing up for it?
