Hey Seniors,

I got my JEE Main result and based on my rank, I have a good chance of getting ECE at NIT Trichy.

I wanted to get some insights from seniors or anyone familiar with the course. How is the overall ECE curriculum in terms of difficulty and workload? Also, how are the placements for ECE — both core and non-core?

Also is it manageable to learn programming alongside ECE. Do ECE students get enough opportunities to sit for CS placements, and how common is it for them to move into software roles?

How easy or tough is it to maintain 9+ CGPA

Any advice or experiences would really help me make a better decision.
