my migraines came back post concussion

(note: my doctor knows they're back)

I (28F) had migraines that followed my hormonal cycle from ages 13-19. Like, call out of school for a week every month bad. I got an IUD at 19 and they stopped. I got a hysterectomy at 25 and they didn't come back, despite no longer being on a continuous birth control. I hit my head back in November, and the migraines have come back, but worse. I'm on leave from work because of it. I've been to urgent care three time since November because I couldn't stop vomiting from a headache, I had such bad vertigo. I can't take any NSAIDs which sucks a lot. Sumatriptan makes me black out at 25mg and it's scary. I take Depakote and Lithium for bipolar. I can't sleep from the pain which isn't helping. I don't even know where to start and everyone IRL is brushing me off.

Things I've tried:

  • temperature changes
  • massages
  • magnesium biglycinate AND magnesium theronate
  • vitamins like B12, D3, CoQ10, omega 3
  • cannabis (THC, CBD, CBG, CBN)
  • tylenol until I got rebound pain
  • Drinking a lot of water
  • Narrowing down triggers (none I can pinpoint)
  • Consuming a small amount of caffeine when they happen

thanks if you've read this long.
