Help With Yellowing Pothos?

Had this pothos for about five years. It started as two leaves propagating in a water bottle, I potted it when it grew a few more leaves and roots. Repotted maybe two years ago and then again last week when I noticed roots popping out of the top. Since then a whole string of leaves have started turning yellow and falling off 😩 leaving me with just empty green vines. Not sure if it just doesn’t like the new pot or if I damaged it in some way while repotting? It’s right by the window, gets plenty of indirect sunlight and some direct light towards the end of the day (but not too much). It still has big green new leaves growing towards the ends, I’m wondering if the old leaves on top are just yellowing because they’re old but I’m terrified now to trim the bottom and kill the whole thing. It’s been very happy being watered once a week. Repotted using Uni-Gro premium potting soil. Also bought some Vitamin B-1 liquid fertilizer but haven’t used it yet, open to trying it on the plant as well.
