When Did Scott Ruskan arrive?
After days of testimony I was surprised by several things, but one big surprise was not hearing any mention of Coast Guard Ruskan. He’s been such a prominent public figure in his role on rescuing and saving over 165+ campers from the water, does anyone know when he arrived?
