Please tell me this isn't an ivory netsuke. Celluloid?

I have this pretty vintage double strand purple stone necklace with a 14/20 clasp. I'm trying to figure out if they are real amethyst, what information I need to determine a fair value, and maybe what that hallmark is next to the 14/20. It's like a lopsided "v".

Sorry for the dust and car pics. We've all done it, right? Okay, maybe it's just me.

Once again, I have looked high and low trying to find this exact BOUCHER egyptian collar/choker. Can anyone help me with a comp? It's signed Boucher, has 7705N stamped as well, and each link is numbered 1-25. I've found ones with colored stones or enameling, but nothing in the solid gold tones.

I've looked high and low and I'm not a quitter. Does anyone know who might have made this?
