so i might just me dumb or something but im kinda confused on the procedure for graduation!

i am in the 10 am ceremony. what time do i have to arrive, whats the parking situation, for people coming to my graduation do they park in the same place / how much does it cost? is is open seating, do i need to stay the whole graduation and do most people normally do? when i get there like what do i do?
