I recently started training roughly 4 days on meal preps in the morning, but I feel overwhelmed since im still learning what comes with what. I work tomorrow in a different station doing something different which I wont lie has me stressed in the morning. I was alone yesterday and I wont knoe how I did until today. The lack of people in the department is also something ive noticed. Is there any tips anyone could give me to improve quicker?
