Hi all, we're hoping to sign contracts for the sale of our site soon. Despite my research I'm not certain of the immediate next steps - i.e once contracts are signed is there a further period of waiting before we can do anything? Yes, I know the commencement notice needs to be done etc etc but once contracts are signed is there a closing date we need to wait on? Can we do anything on site during this period if so?

Will ask solicitor tomorrow but I've used up all my patience on waiting for these fecking contracts in the first place
