Trying to figure out the setup to do this at my wedding

I am getting married in Boston, and the reception is under a white, 44x43' sailcloth tent at night. I got a quote for 3k to project a video like this on loop on the ceiling (there is a center pole and they were saying they'd suspend the projector on the pole). It's more than I was aiming for (1500-2000), and they've never done this before but said it would probably need a 10k lumen projector. This is meant to be ambient, not super crispy or bright, it's not us on video just some random found footage. It would play on loop throughout the reception.
I don't know much about projectors, so I was wondering if 10k would be super bright and intrusive or if you would agree that's probably the kind we would need. If so, id probably skip it for 3k. But I figured I'd ask y'alls opinion to see if it would be worth changing out the projector for a bit lower investment.
