Feels like a lot of channels are getting saturated now:

• SEO is changing fast
• paid ads are expensive
• social reach is unpredictable
• AI content is everywhere

Curious what people are doubling down on in 2026 that’s still giving strong results?

One thing I’ve noticed recently is that getting signups feels easier than getting long-term retention. People will onboard, use the product for a few days, give positive feedback and then quietly disappear. Makes me wonder if a lot of SaaS founders (myself included) are solving interesting problems instead of painful enough problems.

Curious how others are dealing with this. What actually improved retention for you, better onboarding, tighter niche positioning, more integrations, or something else entirely?
