I am just new to valorant unlike my bf who used to compete tournaments in CS:GO then transitioned to val. He really is good in the game unlike me. That seems pretty understandable to me since im new. However, I really cant get rid of jealousy when he plays with this girl, which is part of our circle, who is as good as him. The way they understand, vibe, and seem to connect in-game. He says he's always been competitive and it was just unfortunate that the only friend who can level his game is a girl. I tried to be chill at it cause i trust him, I know she aint his type, and I know he's not that type of guy.
So, I learned to play val, we played together w our other friends. However, despite the reassurance and understanding, I really feel jealous whenever we played w this girl, cause they seemed to be the only ones who clicked in the game. They would always talk (which i know is totally normal), that sometimes i feel left out.
A part of me wants to be better so he would also enjoy playing with me, but i know it would take time and countless number of games. The problem is I dont want to play with randoms, i want to play with him. And one problem is whenever this girl is around i cant help my jealousy that i would become quiet in-game, maybe that's also the problem?
