When I got home from work yesterday I saw a couple guys doing oil changes on their car. As I passed a storm drain near one of the cars they were working on i noticed used motor oil all over the grate to the storm drain.
Is there anywhere I can report them or is this just something they can do every few months since I dont have any evidence of them doing it?
