Picked up this car 2 weeks ago, traded in my 2018 Sonata. Loving how much power this car has and how smooth it is to drive!

I just bought my 26 Sonata N line on Saturday and was happy when the salesman said that blue link is now free for life. When I go to the app and try remote start it said I dont have a subscription even though on the app it shows I do. When I called blue link they said that the app remote start doesnt work with all models and trims. Is this true?
