Event associates or event related job

So I've been seeing there's quite a lot of no experience training provided event related jobs show up in both JobStreet and indeed. Looks suspicious cause most of this job postings have similar posts and working locations in raffles place. So has anyone applied before?

Change for opportunity or stay till settle down?

yo, gotta ask everyone's opinion on whether to change or stay at the current job position while preparing for marriage and BTO reno.

so the situation is, currently I am working alone as a it support in a company with 200 ppl. as I'm new to this job with less than 1 year experience in this field, I'm unable to learn much cause there's no senior to guide or teach me, my manager is not helpful at all, as she constantly ask me to google it or use chatgpt to find the solution. so most of the troubleshooting method is fron google which sometimes work but most of the time doesn't, because of this i could almost spend half a day just to solve a ticket which kinda stressing me out due to ticket is piling up too.

i wanna change jobs but because I am going to get married this year and also my BTO is coming tgt which makes it even harder to just change jobs.

so if you're in my shoe what would you do?

*anyway i was told by my friend from a recruiter agency that I've been paid low (below 3k) for my position*
