Did 100k last month, probably more walking than running but still made the distance. Super slow 8 minute/km pace when running.
So this month I'm going to see if I can add a little faster runs and hold the speed for longer.
Aiming for a half marathon in about five months.
Following up on another post today in this sub, so I have been on TRT for a little over a year, moderate physical improvement but still tired every evening.
Very little drive lots of brain fog.
Turns out I was super low in vitamin D and B12.
After a few days of supplements vast improvement.
