Buddhism and cannabis

Hello, I understand that buddhism suggests not using mind altering substances. Funny enough I rediscovered bu#hism when I got sober off pain pills (3months sober today). Im having a hard time putting down the weed. Ive cut back to only getting high once a day. But I want to know if other people have experienced quitting smoking weed on their buddhist path? What was your experience? Any tips? Did you find that buddhism helped you through?

Any dialogue is welcomed.

Need help finding zoom meetings

Need help finding zoom meetings

I recently tried attending the zoom meeting that my local temple puts on. It wasn't a good experience but i dont want to get into it. Can anyone recommend a zoom meeting, like specific one that you enjoy or get stuff out of?

Any help would be appreciated

I know it's commonly translated to suffering but that is such a weighted word it clouds my understanding. When I think suffering I think of family members dying, or the headaches I used to experience when I had a brain tumor.

Anyone have an explanation that can help me break through to see dukkha as it is?
