Since earlier today i noticed my cats eye has gunk in it after every time she wakes up (like a lot of gunk). she’s also squinting, it’s red and it looks painful. but she’s also still very active and herself, doesn’t seem lethargic or like anything is wrong. I want to take her to the vet ASAP but they don’t open until monday. is this something i need to take her to the ER for!? help please.
