Bascon Cakes

📍Beside Paradise Village, Banilad

Given that it was my first time ordering from Bascon, I'm quite disappointed :(

We ordered their Whole Red Velvet Cake (8 inches). Unfortunately, the cake itself was so dry. The icing tasted overwhelmingly sweet that we had to remove most of it. Also we could feel the sugar grains in the icing which means it didn’t fully melt. ⭐️

I won’t consider buying from this cake shop for now…

Cha Tuk Chak Thai Street Cafe

📍Beside IT Park Bus Terminal

Sharing this place cos I feel like it’s an underrated milk tea shop here in Cebu!

What we ordered:

Thai Milk Tea Cheesecake L (₱150): doesn’t taste like the authentic Thai tea I tried in Thailand. The cheesecake tastes good and they put considerable amount rasad, unlike sa Popcha nga daghan which is what I like 😅 Overall I’d say it’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Oreo Biscoff Crusher R (₱150): it’s really creamy and not too sweet which is good. Tho the taste was overpowered by the Oreo and not so much on the Biscoff. Somewhat like selecta’s cookies & cream. Also this was off the menu but we discovered it on their Grab store which u could find more drinks not on the menu. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would definitely come back to try their Biscoff Cheese Salt, Pistachio Series, Ovaltine Series & some Thai classics
