Possibly Sterling and some sort of stone?
No stamps on these but they are tiny. Something about them makes me think sterling. No idea what the stone might be

One of my local thrift stores has a very nice jewelry section. They have stuff labeled as sterling or not so no amazing deals but I think this one was a pretty good deal
