About to submit my SF-86

For background :

I’ve had some not to pleasant financial issues in the past. In 2021 had a 4500 dollar medial bill go delinquent. That was paid in full in 2025. In 2022, had a charged off American Express of 4500 dollars. That was also paid off in 2025 in full. Had a late notice from unpaid taxes from the IRS in 2024, paid in full right away.

Haven’t had any negative impacts on my financial history since then.
