I’m moving to Mumbai for work and looking for a place to stay starting April 17th-18th.

My office is in Andheri East so I'm looking for properties in that area (i don't have much idea so please suggest nearby localities too)

What I’m looking for:

Type: Single occupancy PG / 1RK /1BHK or a private room in a 2BHK (pre-occupied by one other person).

Budget:Around ₹10,00-15,000 per month(Max)

About Me:M 21and I’m a easy-going person and I'll be busy with my work and study most often.

Preferred Locations: Andheri East and nearby localities which aren't too far.

I just completed my Bcom from tier 1 or 1.5 college and I've also cleared CFA L1 and I got an off campus boutique IB firm offer (it's a small shop I'd say and around 4-5 year old) for 5 LPA in Mumbai (4.5 LPA is fixed). My role is not just limited to M&A (I got recruited for this) but I also have to work for valuation and consulting department too (coz the team is small).

Should I go for it? Is this the market standard?
