For those who also use the axe, does the fire rate upgrade actually affect how fast the beam comes down? I have been playing Heatwave when he appears on a level. I don't know if my eyes or perception have a problem, but no matter how many times I play him, the beam always look like it takes the same amount of time to drop compared to when he does not have the accessory equipped. Would love to know whether it does affect his fire rate, thanks.
