2016 Tiguan 2.0 TDI 150PS with DSG automatic gearbox

I purchased this (European) 2016 Tiguan 5 months ago. It was at 292xxx km with acceptable maintenance done by the previous owner. I changed the engine oil and filters right away and it’s also due for a transmission check up and oil change, which I aim to do the upcoming month. So far I have done ~7500km with it and had no issues. Last week after a 100km (~60miles) drive I got the warning to check the engine oil level. I topped up about 500ml right away and some more the next day. After that I noticed the gears would not change the same, not sure if it’s me overthinking or an actual issue. Before the top up the changes were done on 1600-1800 RPM, after that it would go up to 2000-2200 RPM before it shifts. It is up for a transmission check, but I am wondering if I should look out for anything else besides that. I would appreciate any feedback.
