What is the minimum requirements to run a smooth 4v4 team game? No lag, no stutter or whatever. I dont play but im looking into it. If i get the minimum recommended to play I feel like its not enough for team games.

Realistically how much would i save if i were to build my own pc conpared to buying a 2k -2.6k pc. Would i only save a couple hundred or could i build the 2.6k one for around 1.6? I am in perth if thats okay helps for sourcing etc.
Ive visited the south west quite a bit and for such a cold, wet part of WA how come you dont see more cool season grasses? In Albany where it frosts in Winter a lot of people have kik. Is there a reason?
