I’m at the beginning of a suspected choleastatoma diagnosis. Going into 4 months of symptoms. I keep getting the cheesy texture clumps out of my ear at least once a week. Decreased hearing. No pain, no tinnitus. Been receiving oral antibiotics and antibiotic ear drops for 4 months. On my second visit to the ENT I’m going to request a culture, in case it’s fungal and a scan in case it’s a Cholesteatoma. Anyone has the cheeseball like discharges?
