How do I resign? First job First month
It’s my first job at a company but it’s very different from what I know and have done before. I was so happy to have found this one full time job as it’s my first one in this industry and I’m just a second year college student. But the first month has been grueling, I’ve improved greatly yeah but man nangangapa pa rin tlg ako. I found another part time job that ironically pays more than this full time one and I enjoy it waaaay more like this is genuinely more aligned to what I want. Plus the team is way better,,, Im so grateful for my boss because I learned a lot but everything I do is just wrong
I’ve been contemplating about how to resign, like do I send the email to my boss?? 😭 We’ve had this talk before and they said they can’t just fire people because they’re in need of manpower so I feel like this is shitty of me to do and at first I wanted to stay for personal medical related reasons but when I found my part time that paid more I feel like I’d be better off focusing there instead:/
