How do you approach a conversation with a customer who reply’s with, “I don’t remember/I was drunk”?
Curious to know how other people approach a situation where you talk to someone who got kicked out and/or 86’d and they respond the next morning with “I don’t remember any of that” or something to that effect. I normally say that I don’t care and it’s unacceptable but it happens enough times where I wonder if I’m being to harsh on people. What are your thoughts?
