Shipping update
We have ran into some slight delays due to various reasons, such as improvement to packaging, materials, and a minor shortage of components — but also supply and logistic disruptions caused by the war in the Middle East region.
Here's an update on products and the time it takes to get it into your hands:
For current orders:
- Crystal Super micro-OLED optical engines are now in production. Including shipment to and from our local warehouse, delivery takes 2–4 weeks. Current orders are estimated to arrive by end of May.
- Crystal Super Lighthouse faceplate is now in steady production after a few hiccups. With local warehouse shipping included, current orders are estimated to arrive by end of May.
- Dream Air: Production of all current orders is nearly complete. Most units are already on their way; the remaining tail end of current orders will arrive by end of May to early June. Note that warehouse transit alone takes 2–4 weeks.
- Dream Air SE: We have a launch event coming soon to showcase the final headset. Mass production has begun and follows a similar timeline to the products above.
For new orders:
- Crystal Super Lighthouse faceplate: order now for estimated delivery in early June.
- Dream Air: order now for estimated delivery in early June.
