Need advice to yield best results.
Hey yall! I (24f) just started Ozempic 3 weeks ago for my PCOS and high insulin resistance. I have gained 120lbs in 3 years and have really struggled maintaining and losing weight, so I’m really excited to have the opportunity to start feeling like me again! This past week I went up to the 0.5 dose and have had minimal side effects so far, so much so that I’ve been like “Am I doing this right?” lol. I have a couple questions if anybody could help me:
When do you start noticing a difference? I seem to never really see my body for what it is, so even when I lose a significant amount of weight I feel like I look the same. Weighing myself & seeing the numbers are hard for me right now, so that’s why I’m asking on average when people start to see a noticeable difference either in how they feel or look.
What do yall do for exercise and eating to help the medication work the best? I usually eat small meals and have been doing an hour of yoga for the past couple days, but I’m struggling getting back into being active and would love some advice on things that worked for you or helped you build up into getting into that lifestyle.
I forgot my third question but will update if I have more or remember.
Thanks in advance!
