2013 Honda Odyssey percussive noise from rear passenger wheel area.

2013 Odyssey w 225K miles (yahoo!) driving on highway or road and I would describe the sound as a 'whomping' noise, like when you have all the windows open and the wind/sound is reverberating throughout the interior. I've spent time listening to YT audio/video of car noises and the conclusion is wheel bearings. I feel like I have a new skillset like people who can id bird calls! BUT, the noise started after I had 2 new tires put on the FRONT (w alignment) to pass NYS inspection AND there is dent on right front fender (had at least a year, see photo) that could be impacting the wind flow, maybe? I described the sound as percussive because it becomes louder when driving near those sound barrier walls next to the highway, or a group of trees or concrete barriers. I assume the sound is being amplified. I need to check if a full tank of gas vs 1/4 tank (weight?) changes the likelihood of the noise because the noise is NOT constant. My questions: 1) could it be rear tire(s)? 2) did 2 new tires on front cause this? 3) is my Oddy starting to die? I ask all this because my favorite brother who owned an autobody/mechanic shop recently passed and now I can't ask him directly. I asked him to send me a sign, but nothing so far! As backup I have made an appointment w a trusted, local shop.
