Hi! I’m due to start Ivabradine for IST, and Amitriptyline for vestibular migraines. I am soooooo afraid of trying them both but mainly the Ivabradine because of the crazy light side effects and my heart rate going too low. And then I’m afraid the Amitriptyline will affect my heart lol.

I want to try the Amitriptyline first because my migraine symptoms are dabilitating but i understand having rebates heart rate would be good to have first.

Can anyone give me their experience on these meds or any advice?
